Begin your enchanting journey by reserving the entire house through Airbnb on a rolling 12-month basis, with stays starting on May 4th, 2022. Note that there is a 2-night minimum stay for all reservations and bookings can only start on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

The Welcome Inn, originally built by the King family on a 160-acre working farm, has been home to only four previous owners over the past 150 years. The extensive restoration process took just under a year, addressing issues such as rot, termite damage, bee infestations, and updating electrical and plumbing systems.

Community Impact

Dave and Jenny Marrs have partnered with a local nonprofit organization, @savinggracenwa, to create a hospitality training program for young women who have aged out of foster care or are facing homelessness. By working at The Welcome Inn, these young women have the opportunity to change their lives while caring for the home, gardens, guests, and chickens.
