Last week, Highlands Oncology, the region’s largest cancer-care provider, took steps to expand the level of cancer care in Northwest Arkansas by purchasing land for a new campus in Rogers.

Aggressive Growth: Highlands paid $13.6m for 51 acres along I-49 and S Bellview Rd, with plans to develop a new cancer care campus, including a state-of-the-art, 150,000ft² facility. The site will serve as a medical technology innovation campus, developing advanced cancer treatment methods.

On Mission: One of Arkansas’s largest cancer treatment centers, Highlands has 32 physicians and over 600 employees working to ensure “that no one should have to leave Northwest Arkansas for world-class cancer care.”
