Heartland Forward released a 7 point plan for post-COVID-19 economic recovery in the Northwest Arkansas region.

  • BackgroundHeartland Forward, an institute for economic renewal, is “a nonpartisan non-profit, think and do tank” based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Their goal is to “improve economic performance in the center of the United States” otherwise known as the Heartland.
