And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Downtown Bentonville Inc. announced the Bentonville Farmer's Market will return for the 2021 outdoor market season, starting April 10th.

• Clean off the bike and cruise on over to the Bentonville Square on Saturdays to support local farmers, business owners, and artists. All market guests will be expected to follow CDC guidelines, wear face masks and maintain a 6-foot distance from other guests.

• Don't stress, the market runs weekly from 7:30am to 1pm and vendor tents will be spaced 10 ft. apart to ensure social distancing. High-risk shoppers are encouraged to shop early - between 7:30am and 8:30am.

• "Downtown Bentonville Inc. will build on the success of our adjusted operations during the 2020 farmers market season. Our primary focus will always be to offer locally-grown produce to our community in the safest way possible," said Farmers Market Manager Stephanie Marp.

KUAF's Ozark's at Large spoke with Justice of the Peace Joseph Bollinger, R-District 7, and Benton County Judge Barry Moehring to discuss how they would like to see the county use the multi-million dollar CARES Act reimbursement from the state.

• Members of the Benton County Quorum Court agreed to form a seven-person subcommittee to discuss using a million dollars of a $3.8 million CARES Act reimbursement to the county to help small businesses. The Finance Committee also mentioned using a portion of the funds to host vaccination clinics at the county fairgrounds. -KUAF

• The proposal was made by JOP Joseph Bollinger, R-District 7, who said the county should not be sitting on taxpayer money when small business owners need financial assistance. Bollinger said he would like to see the Quorum Court put a $1 million into a grant program for Benton County's small businesses.

• "It would address businesses that have an annual revenue from $0 to $200K, and from $200K to $400K, depending on how much gross revenue they have. In its current state, if you make $0 to $200K, you'll be eligible for a $5,000 grant, and if you may from $200K to $400K, you'll be eligible for a $2,500 grant," Bollinger says. -KUAF

Positive change is in the works for disadvantaged communities in NWA. KUAF's Community Spotlight caught up with Christina Williams, founder of Circles NWA to discuss the game-changing program that is fighting poverty in the region and giving others a second chance to reach their goals.

• Circles NWA is a community-driven program that works to increase upward mobility for individuals and families in poverty in NWA. The program uses an 18 month plan which matches "Allies" with "Circle Leaders" who then come together to increase income and move forward toward economic stability.

• Based on the national Circles®USA model, the Circles program builds intentional relationships (social capital) across socioeconomic lines that help open up long-term pathways for economic mobility and self-sufficiency.

• Other great news: Homelessness is on the decline in Arkansas, according to recent reports. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reports that homelessness decreased by almost 13% in Arkansas in 2019, despite the nation-wide increase in homelessness this year. -KNWA/Fox24

And then there were 16. March Madness is heating up for the Arkansas Razorbacks after a bruiser of a battle with Texas Tech last night ( Mar. 21). The Hogs pulled ahead of the Raiders 68-66 in a nail biting round of 32 matchup, punching a ticket to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1996.

• Heading into the game with Texas Tech, the Hogs were the underdogs. The Raiders were favored by two points despite Arkansas' lower seed in the tournament. It was one for the ages. If you missed the game, a recap can be found HERE.

• Last night's game was a team effort, there wasn't one clear star as four Razorbacks scored at least 10 points each with, "Justin Smith leading the way with 20 points and six rebounds. Freshman Moses Moody and Devonte Davis each added 15 points and six boards a piece." - Arkansas Razorbacks

• Never quitting: In every NCAA tournament game Musselman has coached, two with Nevada and now two with Arkansas, he has trailed by double digits at some point in the game.

• Short roster: Last night, only "seven Razorbacks played in the win. It was the fewest in an NCAA game since Mar. 14, 1979..." - HogStats

The Hogs will face a familiar Oral Roberts University on Saturday. Arkansas beat ORU back in December, but this 15 seed team is not to be overlooked.
